Our Wizard of Oz™ Tin Woman features a silver mini dress with zipper front, a funnel headpiece with heart shaped clock, a silver bow tie choker and silver boot tops. This costume is not new for Halloween 2009, but it was one of the blockbusters of last year’s celebration. It was sold out long before Halloween.
